Appearance & Nose

Intense ruby red, clear. Aromas of dried rose, violet, licorice, and balsamic notes.
Palate & Finish

Soft attack, good freshness, elegant but present tannins, medium body. Develops with spicy notes, good complexity and persistence. Long finish, with echoes of cherries in spirit and black pepper, promises good evolution. Ideal with agnolotti del plin, braised beef with Barolo, aged cheeses.
