Fresh, savory, tannic yet elegant, medium-bodied. Complex, agile, well-structured, good aromatic persistence. Clean finish, slightly bitter, promising for a few years. Local cured meats, agnolotti del plin, rabbit in porchetta, medium-aged cheeses.
