Palate & Finish

Soft and juicy entry, good acidity, silky tannins, full body. Elegant evolution with fruity and spicy notes, well integrated, of remarkable balance. Long and clean finish, with a dark fruit aftertaste, promising bottle evolution. Ideal with agnolotti del plin, braised beef in Barolo, aged cheeses.
