Intense and brilliant ruby red. Aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and a balsamic note, with hints of vanilla and cocoa from the wood.

Soft and enveloping attack, good freshness and silky tannins, full body. Complex and persistent evolution, with a remarkable balance between fruit and wood. Long and clean finish, with a fruity and spicy aftertaste. Ideal with agnolotti del plin, braised beef with Barolo, and aged cheeses.
