01The earth and light of the Dolomites are perceived in this Sauvignon, where the coolness of the altitude, combined with the southwest exposure of the Faedo vineyards planted in 1990, gives a vibrant varietal expression.

Palate & Finish
02Aging for about 5-6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature has contributed to creating a 13.5% vol. wine with interesting aromatic complexity, which is appreciated in the glass with a vivid herbaceous and citrus note. This white from Bellaveder proves to be an excellent companion for lake fish dishes or a salad with aromatic herbs.
