The altitudes of Maso Belvedere, around 600 meters above sea level, and the climate of San Michele all'Adige and Cavedine lend this Rhine Riesling remarkable freshness and precise minerality. Traditional white winemaking, with aging on fine lees in steel, preserves the aromatic integrity of the grape.

In the glass, it presents with good brilliance and a light intensity that promises liveliness. Delicate aromas of citrus and white flowers are perceived, a prelude to a clean and savory sip. Excellent with seared trout and seasonal vegetables or with gratinated scallops.
