Bellaveder, with its Linea Selezione, presents a Dolomiti Bianco 2022 rooted in south and southwest-facing vineyards, cultivated with the traditional broken pergola system, with vines ranging from 1990 to 2014.
Palate & Finish

The manual harvest in early September of Sauvignon blanc, Gewürztraminer, and Rhine Riesling grapes yields a wine of 13.5% vol. that evolves with separate fermentation in steel before uniting in a large oak barrel. In the glass, it manifests with notes reminiscent of the earth and light of the Dolomites, promising an inviting sip, perfect with baked salmon trout, spaghetti with fresh clams, or veal scaloppine with lemon.
