Intense amber gold, clear. Intense aromas of dried apricot, caramelized figs, chestnut honey, notes of toasted almond and sweet spices.
Palate & Finish

Soft and enveloping attack, sweetness well-balanced by a vibrant sapidity, full body. Complex and layered, with an elegant structure and excellent taste persistence. Long and warm finish, with echoes of date and a hint of licorice, promising evolution in the bottle. Perfect with almond cantucci, dried fruit tart, blue cheeses and dry pastries.
