Pinot bianco
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Pinot Bianco Cuvée Diciannove, a Franciacorta Curtefranca, presents itself in the glass with an airy foam and a fine bead of bubbles, denoting a maturation that extends for a good 46 months on the lees. Aged for 6/8 months between steel and barriques, it reveals a complex bouquet on the nose, where fruity and floral notes intertwine with hints recalling the usual complexity of long aging.

At the Table
