02Silky attack, great freshness, smooth but present tannins, full and enveloping body. Majestic evolution, elegant structure, perfect balance between fruit and spice, very long persistence. Persistent and mineral finish, promise of great longevity. Ossobuco alla Milanese, braised wild boar, aged blue cheeses, braised beef with Brunello.
