Intense ruby red, clear. Notes of ripe cherry, violet, hints of toasted almond and an earthy touch.
Palate & Finish

Soft entry, fresh acidity, silky tannins, medium body. Fragrant evolution, good harmony between fruit and secondary notes, clean finish. Good length, closes with a blackberry aftertaste and a 2-3 year aging potential. Perfect with Piedmontese agnolotti, braised beef in Barolo, aged cheeses.
