Baglio Gibellina, with its Organic Grillo, offers us a white that is born from care for the raw material and respect for a dedicated territory. From the Sicilian hills between 300 and 600 meters above sea level, selected Grillo grapes give life to this DOC Sicilia with a beautiful straw-yellow color.
Palate & Finish

On the nose, an intense and pleasant aroma opens with vibrant notes of exotic fruit, while on the palate it reveals itself as round, rich, and elegant. It is a wine that gracefully accompanies first courses, shellfish, and fish dishes.
