Pale straw yellow, clear, with fine and persistent perlage. Floral notes of acacia and wisteria, with fruity notes of Glera, clean and delicate. Fresh and vibrant, with a savory attack, light body and good softness.
Palate & Finish

Linear evolution, balanced and dry, with a pleasant persistence. Clean finish of good length, with fruity echoes, short-to-medium aging potential. Excellent as an aperitif, with raw crustaceans, white fish carpaccio, and fresh blue cheeses.
