Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense floral notes of wisteria and hawthorn, with hints of green apple and pear. Fresh and vibrant entry, savory, light body, absence of tannins.
Palate & Finish

Soft evolution, pleasant effervescence, harmonic balance, good aromatic complexity. Clean and persistent finish, with a slight fruity return, ready to drink but with short aging potential. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with seafood appetizers, crustaceans, light first courses.
