Palate & Finish

Soft attack, good freshness, smooth tannins, medium body. Growing complexity, balanced structure, notable persistence. Long finish, persistent fruity notes, discreet aging potential. Excellent with grilled pork or beef fillets, fried lamb, pork ribs.
