Palate & Finish
02Thermocontrolled maceration in stainless steel and six months on its lees, followed by further aging in steel and bottle, outline a solid structure. On the nose, complex notes are perceived, anticipating a full-bodied and mineral sip, characteristics that make it an excellent companion for robust first courses and red meats.
