Pale pink, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, and a light floral note of rose.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and lively on the attack, with good acidity and agile body. Fruity and clean evolution, with a balance between acidity and softness. Pleasantly dry and medium-length finish, with echoes of small red fruits.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with crostini with smoked salmon, seafood salads, light first courses, and fresh cheeses.
