01Azienda Agricola Graci interprets the Etna Rosso DOC Arcurìa with a dedication that begins with 100% Nerello Mascalese vines cultivated in the alberello style on the northeast slope of Etna, at 600 meters altitude.

Palate & Finish
02The grapes, hand-picked in late October, are processed with long macerations in large truncated cone oak vats, followed by a maturation of a full twenty-four months in 42 hl oak barrels, where the wine matures, developing its structure. This DOC red wine presents a complex profile, ready to accompany important dishes of Sicilian tradition, such as herb-crusted lamb or glazed pork ribs.
