Warm and enveloping attack, silky tannins, full body, balanced freshness. Sinuous evolution, great structure, gustatory harmony, prolonged persistence. Long and spicy finish, great evolutionary potential. Wild boar stew, game in salmi, aged hard cheeses, dark chocolate.
