01Bright straw yellow, fine and persistent white foam with fine-grained perlage. Intense fruity sensations of green apple and citrus, with delicate floral notes of hawthorn. Fresh and lively attack, good acidity, light and vibrant body, without tannins.

02Clean and linear evolution, harmonious, with a pleasant balance between acidity and fruity notes, good persistence. Fresh and clean finish, medium length, with fruity and citrus echoes. Excellent as an aperitif, with crustaceans, seafood, light first courses and fresh cheeses.
