Riserva – DRÙMON – Vino Primitivo D.O.C.

Azienda Agricola Cannito offers its interpretation of Primitivo with this DRÙMON Riserva, a wine born in Grumo Appula, from vines reaching 300 meters in altitude on calcareous soil. The late September harvest is strictly by hand, preserving the integrity of the bunches, followed by alcoholic fermentation in steel.

The aromatic complexity and structure are revealed at first glance, heralding a tasting of considerable depth, with a significant alcohol content that emphasizes its body.
