DRÙMON S – Vino Primitivo D.O.C.
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Azienda Agricola Cannito, with this DRÙMON S - Vino Primitivo D.O.C., interprets the grape variety through vinification in stainless steel at a controlled temperature below 23°C, with an induced but not completed malolactic fermentation, giving the wine a character born from the terroir of Grumo Appula, with medium-textured calcareous soils at 300 meters altitude.
-
Palate & Finish
02The wine presents a beautiful intense ruby red color, ready to express itself on the nose with aromas that evoke the generosity of the grape variety.
-
At the Table
03On the palate, its structure is revealed to be pleasant, inviting pairings with traditional Puglian dishes such as orecchiette with turnip greens, fava beans and chicory, or succulent roasted kid.
