DRÙMON R – Vino Rosato
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Puglian territory, particularly the Grumo Appula area with its medium-textured, calcareous soils at an altitude of 300 meters, gives DRÙMON R a distinctive character.

Palate & Finish
02The blend of Primitivo and Montepulciano, hand-picked in the last week of September, through alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature below 23°C, with an induced but not completed malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in steel, defines its identity. This rosé presents with a vibrant hue that invites exploration of the aromas it releases, anticipating the freshness found on the palate, with an inviting sip that lends itself beautifully to accompanying dishes such as spaghetti alle vongole, baked sea bass, or a fresh seafood salad.
