Bright pale pink, clear, with fine and persistent perlage. Intense aromas of strawberry and raspberry, with floral notes of rose and hints of fresh yeast. Fresh and lively attack, good minerality, slender body, silky tannins.
Palate & Finish

Complex evolution, good structure, harmonious balance between acidity and fruitiness, good aromatic persistence. Clean and fruity finish, medium length, with citrus notes. Excellent as an aperitif, with salmon carpaccio, seafood salad, light first courses.
