01Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Scents of green apple, pear, white flowers, and a hint of yeast. Fresh and lively attack, good acidity, slender body, almost absent tannins.

02Clean evolution, sapid, well-balanced, medium-long finish. Clean finish, slightly fruity, ready to drink. Excellent as an aperitif, with crustaceans, fried fish, seafood salads.
