Aromatic complexity, notable structure, vibrant balance between sweetness and acidity, long persistence. Long and harmonious finish, with a aftertaste of sour cherry and dark chocolate. Excellent aging potential. Perfect with dry pastries, fruit tarts, aged blue cheeses, dark chocolate.
