Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Nose of green apple, pear, white flowers, light yeasty note. Fresh and soft attack, good acidic drive, light body.
Palate & Finish

Pleasantly fruity and floral evolution, good balance. Clean finish, medium length, closes on citrus notes. Excellent as an aperitif, with fish appetizers, seafood salads, light fried dishes.
