Deep, clear garnet red. Intense bouquet of ripe red fruit, cherry in spirit, plum, spicy notes of black pepper, licorice, and tertiary hints of leather and tobacco.
Palate & Finish

Soft and enveloping attack, fresh acidity, silky tannins, full and majestic body. Aromatic complexity, imposing structure, great balance, long taste persistence. Long and warm finish, notes of cocoa and candied fruit, excellent aging potential. Perfect with braised beef in Barolo, stewed game, aged cheeses, dark chocolate.
