Soft and warm attack, silky tannins, full and enveloping body. Evolving complexity, rich taste texture, great balance, remarkable aromatic persistence. Long and deep finish, notes of licorice and cocoa, excellent aging potential. Barolo-braised beef, stewed game, aged hard cheeses, dark chocolate.
