Soft entry, supported by vibrant acidity and silky tannins, medium body. Elegant evolution with fruity and floral notes that blend harmoniously, excellent structure. Persistent finish with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste, good aging potential. Ideal with local cured meats, pasta with duck ragu, veal roasts, medium-aged cheeses.
