Pale straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Aromas of green apple, citrus and floral hints, with a slightly toasted note. Fresh and lively entry, good acidity, light body, softness.
Palate & Finish

Clean and linear evolution, pleasant sapidity, harmonic balance. Fresh and crisp finish, closes on fruity notes and a slight bitter almond. Excellent as an aperitif, with light appetizers, shellfish, fried fish.
