Pale straw yellow, clear and brilliant. Floral notes of broom and hawthorn, white-fleshed fruit of pear and golden apple, light citrus note.
Palate & Finish

On the palate, it is fresh and savory, soft attack, slender and vibrant body. Linear evolution, good palate cleansing, harmonious balance, clean finish. Medium finish, notes of almond and mineral finish, discreet aging potential. Excellent with fish appetizers, crustaceans, carpaccio, small fried fish.
