Palate & Finish

Fresh and agile attack, good vivacity, silky tannin, slender body. Linear evolution, pleasant sapidity, harmonious, medium persistence. Clean finish, slightly bitter, ready to drink. Ideal with local cured meats, pasta with white ragù, grilled perch, rabbit in porchetta.
