Warm and enveloping, with remarkable freshness that balances the soft tannins and a full, sumptuous body. Aromatic complexity that unfolds in the glass, great structure, and an impeccable balance between power and finesse. Long and persistent finish, with echoes of licorice and tertiary notes that promise excellent aging potential. Ideal with braised beef in Barolo, wild boar stew, aged cheeses, and dark chocolate.
