Soft and enveloping attack, fresh acidity, silky and well-integrated tannins, full and velvety body. Complex and layered, remarkable structure, excellent balance, long aromatic persistence. Long and warm finish, notes of jammy fruit and licorice, great aging potential. braised beef in Barolo, stewed game, aged blue cheeses, dark chocolate.
