Palate & Finish

On the palate, enveloping sweetness, warm freshness, polished tannins, full body. Evolution on intense notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate, great structure, harmonic balance. Long and persistent finish, with a aftertaste of almond and dried fruit. Ideal with Neapolitan pastiera, dried fruit tarts, aged blue cheeses, and dark chocolate.
