Pale coral pink with crystalline transparency and a fine, persistent perlage. Intense bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, and floral notes of rose, with citrus hints of pink grapefruit. Fresh and vibrant attack, with pleasant acidity supporting a light body and a minimal tannic sensation.
Palate & Finish

Evolution on fruity and floral notes, with discreet complexity and good balance between freshness and sapidity. Clean and refreshing finish, of medium length, with echoes of red fruits and citrus. Ideal as an aperitif, with fish crudités, seafood salads, and light first courses such as spaghetti with clams.
