Intense and bright ruby red. Nose of ripe cherry, plum, floral violet, with spicy hints of black pepper and a toasty note.
Palate & Finish

Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, medium-full body. Elegant evolution, good aromatic complexity, balanced structure, persistent finish. Long finish, notes of red fruit and cocoa, aging potential of 3-5 years. Tagliatelle with ragu, roasted beef, aged cheeses, game.
