02Soft and enveloping attack, excellent freshness that balances the generous tannins, full and velvety body. Surprising aromatic complexity, robust and harmonious structure, almost perfect balance, long taste persistence. Finish of notable length with echoes of cocoa and dried fruit, great evolutionary potential. Game in stew, braised meats, aged cheeses, dark chocolate.
