Roero Arneis
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Roero Arneis, a recognizable Piedmontese denomination, presents itself here in its pure grape essence. The Arneis grape, cultivated on soils with a slope of about 30% at an altitude of 310 meters above sea level, benefits from a West-East exposure that favors optimal ripening. Traditional white winemaking, with temperature-controlled fermentation, and aging for 4-6 months on noble lees before bottling, give the wine particular complexity.

Palate & Finish
02On the nose, delicate fruity and floral notes can be perceived, which translate on the palate into a fresh drinkability, with a pleasant mineral sensation.

At the Table
03This wine pairs excellently with lake fish dishes, seafood salads, or an herbal risotto.
