Langhe Chardonnay

Azienda Agricola Il Gottino, in its way of working the land in Santa Vittoria d'Alba, highlights this Langhe Chardonnay, the fruit of grapes cultivated since 1990 on a South-East facing vineyard at 220 meters above sea level, with a 5% slope and a guyot training system.

Traditional white winemaking, with temperature-controlled fermentation, precedes 4-6 months of aging on fine lees before bottling, which imparts interesting complexity to the wine. In the glass, its white character is announced with delicate notes, inviting a sip that develops with good structure, enhanced by the lees aging.
