The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01The north-east facing slopes of the Langhe, at 330 meters above sea level, where the terrain becomes steep with gradients of 30% and the Chardonnay vines, with a dense planting of 3000 plants per hectare, find an ideal terroir to express finesse and character. After twenty-four months of aging on its own lees and a further rest of at least four months in bottle after disgorgement, this wine reveals its personality with complex notes that invite contemplation.

Palate & Finish
02On the nose, delicate aromas are perceived, anticipating a vibrant and savory palate.

At the Table
03It pairs magnificently with crayfish risotto, a warm seafood salad, or a salmon trout fillet.
