01Intense and clear ruby red. Intense aroma of ripe red fruit, plum, and jam, with spicy notes of black pepper and a balsamic hint.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, it is warm, soft, and enveloping, with silky tannins and a full yet elegant body. Complex and well-integrated structure, with remarkable gustatory balance and a prolonged aromatic persistence. Long and pleasantly sweet finish, with hints of cocoa and licorice; excellent aging potential. Ideal with braised meats, game, aged cheeses, and dark chocolate.
