01La Casa Vinicola Arini, with its Moscato Sorsi di Sole, interprets Moscato di Alessandria from the lands of the province of Trapani, between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo. The winemaking process involves a 10-hour skin maceration followed by controlled fermentation and the addition of neutral alcohol, then aging for one year in tank and subsequently in bottle, reaching an alcohol content of 16% vol.

02This wine presents itself in the glass with an antique gold color, with aromas that invite tasting. Its structure makes it an excellent companion for blue cheeses, pasta with robust sauces, or dry pastries.
