Malvasia
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01Malvasia, the aromatic grape par excellence, finds an ideal terroir in Sicily, particularly in the province of Trapani, to express itself with vigor. The Mediterranean climate, with its warm and breezy summers, and soils of medium texture with a slight clayey character, favor the complete ripening of these grapes.

Palate & Finish
02After a ten-hour skin maceration and controlled fermentation, the wine, enriched with an addition of neutral wine alcohol, displays an intense dark gold color. The aroma is rich with notes of ripe fruit, a prelude to a decisive taste that pairs well with flavorful dishes such as aged cheeses or stuffed arancini.
