Grillo
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Casa Vinicola Arini presents a Grillo born from tradition, carefully vinified in white with soft pressing and controlled temperature fermentation, with aging continuing in steel for four months before finding its balance in the bottle.
-
Palate & Finish
02The grapes, cultivated just a few meters above sea level in the province of Trapani, in sandy, slightly clayey soil, benefit from a Mediterranean climate with hot, breezy summers, elements that contribute to defining its profile.

At the Table
03On the nose, it reveals itself to be intense and persistent, heralding a drink that pairs well with light dishes such as seafood salad, spaghetti with clams, or fried small fish.
