Chardonnay – Kyrkir
The Tasting
-
Appearance & Nose
01The Chardonnay, an international grape variety, finds its Sicilian terroir here in the province of Trapani, between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo. The warm, breezy Mediterranean climate, combined with sandy and clay soils just a few meters from the sea, favors its sun-ripened maturity.

Palate & Finish
02Manual harvesting and white winemaking with gentle pressing, followed by four months of aging partly in wood and partly in stainless steel, give the wine an intriguing complexity, to be completed in the bottle. In the glass, it reveals itself as a white wine with territorial character, ready to accompany dishes such as grilled red mullet, sea bream fillet with a pistachio crust, or spaghetti with clams.
