01Intense ruby red with garnet reflections, clear. Intense bouquet of ripe black fruits, sweet spices, graphite, and a hint of tobacco.

02On the palate, soft attack, good acidity, silky but present tannins, full body. Complex evolution, enveloping, well-structured, harmonious, long. Persistent finish, with notes of cocoa and licorice, promises good aging. Perfect with Barolo braised beef, stewed game, aged cheeses, and game.
