The Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva denomination imposes high quality standards, and this sparkling wine, obtained from 100% Sangiovese exclusively from the vineyards of Antico Podere Casanova in Castellina in Chianti, reflects the tradition of the Tuscan territory. The maceration of the grapes for 14-28 days and the subsequent 20-24 months of aging in barrels give the wine a solid structure and an aromatic complexity that is revealed in a fine and lively perlage.

On the nose, the notes of Sangiovese emerge with a certain intensity, while on the palate, a liveliness is appreciated that makes it an ideal companion for hearty first courses like a classic ribollita or for elaborate red meats.
