Bright pale pink, clear, with fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet of fresh red berries, floral notes of rose, hints of bread crust and yeast. Vibrant attack, fresh acidity, silky tannins, lean but present body.
Palate & Finish

Complex and harmonious, with good evolving structure, balanced and of notable depth. Long and clean finish, with echoes of strawberry and toasted almond, evolution potential of 3-30 months. Smoked salmon carpaccio, oysters, tuna tartare, raw scampi.
